Allegiant Air Pet Policy
Allegiant Air requires that your dog, cat or other animal be accompanied by a certificate of good health, and that your pet is transported in an approved pet carrier. Allegiant air only transports small pet dogs or cats in the cabin of their aircraft.
Your veterinarian will be certifying that your pet is healthy enough to travel and is free of diseases communicable to humans. Allegiant Air also requires that you provide copies of the veterinary certificates and other documents required by the country to which you are traveling.
Your airline pet passport package includes:
- Instructions, in cabin regulations, and other information for transporting your pet on Allegiant Air
- Airline Veterinary Certificate and instructions
- Pet Passport Folder - included with First Class Mail Delivery Options above
- Unlimited Email Support
All instructions and Allegiant Air pet policies are verified at the time of order. Requirements to fly your dog, cat or other animal with Allegiant are included. Enforcement may not be consistent at every airport and having proper documentation will better ensure that no problems will arise during your travels.
Additional forms can be self-printed from the Email Attachment option.
There are no refunds on forms unless there is a problem with the information or forms provided.
