Pet Passports US Virgin Islands

The US Virgin Islands pet policy requires that your pet be vaccinated at least at least 30 days prior to travel and a Veterinary Certificate for entry. Rabies vaccination is not required for dogs less than three months old or for pets entering from a rabies free country such as the United Kingdom.

If you have more than one pet traveling to the US Virgin Islands, additional forms can be self printed from the Email Attachment option. If ordering additional forms for the US Virgin Islands with First Class Mail Delivery Option, forms will receive a 30% discount.
