Pet Passport Singapore

Singapore requires that you file an Special Permit Application to bring a pet to Singapore. Your pet be vaccinated for rabies at least 30 days prior to travel. Your veterinarian must then complete the proper Veterinary Certificate and attach the Rabies Certificate for certification by the USDA or CFIA if traveling from the United States or Canada. If you are traveling from a different country, the instructions will advise you of the proper procedure.

They also require a Quarantine Application Form for entry.
