Pet Passport Singapore Birds

Singapore requires that you file an Import Application to bring a bird to Singapore. Your veterinarian must then complete the proper Veterinary Certificate shortly prior to travel.

Your Singapore pet passport for birds is verified at the time of order.

If you have more than one bird traveling to Singapore, additional forms can be self printed from the Email Attachment option. If ordering additional forms for Singapore with First Class Mail Delivery Option, forms will receive a 30% discount.
