New Caledonia requires an Import Certificate for entry. Additionally, your pet must be vaccinated and Blood Titer Tested at least 30 days prior to travel. Shortly before entering New Caledonia, a licensed vet completes the Veterinary Certificate for entry. Then the Veterinary Certificate is attached to the APHIS Form 7001 and submitted to the USDA for certification if the pet is departing from the United States or Canada. If you are traveling from another country, the instructions will advise you accordingly.

If you have more than one pet traveling to New Caledonia, additional forms can be self printed from the Email Attachment option. If ordering additional forms for New Caledonia with First Class Mail Delivery Option, forms will receive a 30% discount.
