Pet Passport Libya

Libya requires that your pet be microchipped and vaccinated for rabies prior to entry. Your veterinarian then completes a Veterinary Certificate and attach the APHIS Form 7001 for certification by the USDA or CFIA if your pet is traveling from the United States or Canada respectively. If your pet is traveling from another country, the instructions will advise you accordingly.

If you have more than one pet traveling to Libya, additional forms can be self printed from the Email Attachment option. If ordering additional forms for Libya with First Class Mail Delivery Option, forms will receive a 30% discount.
