Pet Passport Liberia

Liberia requires file an application for a special permit and a Veterinary Certificate completed in duplicate for entry. Then the Veterinary Certificate is attached to the APHIS Form 7001 and submitted to the USDA for certification if the pet is departing from the United States or Canada. If you are traveling from another country, the instructions will advise you accordingly.
