Pet Passport Laos

Laos requires a Veterinary Certificate for entry. Your veterinarian then attaches the APHIS Form 7001 for certification by the USDA or CFIA if you are traveling from the United States or Canada. If you are traveling from another country, the instructions will advise you accordingly.

If you have more than one pet traveling to Laos, additional forms can be self printed from the Email Attachment option. If ordering additional forms for Laos with First Class Mail Delivery Option, forms will receive a 30% discount.
