Pet Passport Jersey Channel Islands

The Jersey Channel Islands requires that your pet be micro chipped, vaccinated for rabies, and have a Blood Titer Test at least 30 days prior to travel. Your veterinarian must then complete the proper Veterinary Certificate and attach the Rabies Certificate for certification by the USDA or CFIA if traveling from the United States or Canada. If you are traveling from a different country, the instructions will advise you of the proper procedure. Additionally, your pet must be treated for Echinococcus and for ticks and tapeworms.

Your Jersey Channel Islands pet passport is verified at the time of order.
