Pet Passport French Polynesia

Pets can only enter French Polynesia from certain countries*. Tahiti requires that your pet be micro chipped and vaccinated for rabies. After that, a Blood Titer Test must be performed. Finally, your veterinarian must then complete the proper Veterinary Certificate and attach the APHIS Form 7001 and Blood Titer Test results for certification by the USDA or CFIA if traveling from the United States or Canada. If you are traveling from a different country, the instructions will advise you of the proper procedure.
