Pet Passport Fiji Islands

Fiji requires requires an Import Application, Veterinary Certificate, Blood Titer Test, and Echinococcus Certificate for entry. Your pet must be microchipped and vaccinated for rabies at least 30 days prior to travel. Your veterinarian must then complete the proper Veterinary Certificate and attach the APHIS Form 7001 and Blood Iiter Test for certification by the USDA or CFIA if traveling from the United States or Canada. If you are traveling from a different country, the instructions will advise you of the proper procedure.
