Pet Passport Ethiopia

Ethiopia requires an Import Application and Veterinary Certificate for entry. Then the Veterinary Certificate is attached to the APHIS Form 7001 and submitted to the USDA for certification if the pet is departing from the United States or Canada. If you are traveling from another country, the instructions will advise you accordingly. Ethiopia also requires a Ticks and Tapeworm Test shortly before entry.
