Pet Passport Ecuador

Ecuador requires that your pet be vaccinated for rabies at least 30 days prior to travel. Your veterinarian will fill out the Veterinary Certificate for Ecuador and attach the APHIS Form 7001 for certification by the USDA or CFIA if you are traveling from the United States or Canada. If you are traveling from another country, the instructions will advise you. These requirements apply to cats, dogs and ferrets.
