Pet Passport Colombia

Colombia requires that your pet be vaccinated for rabies at least 30 days prior to travel. Your veterinarian must then complete the proper Veterinary Certificate and attach the APHIS Form 7001 for certification by the USDA or CFIA if traveling from the United States or Canada. If you are traveling from a different country, the instructions will advise you of the proper procedure.
