Pet Passport Bahrain

You must obtain an Import Permit to enter Bahrain with your pet. Additionally, Bahrain requires that your pet be microchipped with a 15 digit ISO Standard 11784 pet microchip. If your pet has a non-ISO microchip, then you need to carry your own microchip scanner.

Prior to entry, your pet must have 2 vaccinations at specified intervals. Your veterinarian must then complete the proper Veterinary Certificate and attach the APHIS Form 7001 for certification by the USDA or CFIA if traveling from the United States or Canada. If you are traveling from a different country, the instructions will advise you of the proper procedure.

Additionally, Bahrain requires a Blood Titer Test for entry. Just prior to traveling, pets will need a Ticks & Tapeworm test.
