Pet Passport Aruba

Aruba requires that your pet be micro chipped with a 15 digit ISO Standard 11784 pet microchip. If your pet has a non-ISO microchip, then you need to carry your own microchip scanner.

Your pet must be vaccinated at least 30 days but not more than 12 months prior to travel. Then the Veterinary Certificate for Aruba would be attached to the APHIS Form 7001 and sent to the USDA or CFIA for certification depending on whether your pet is departing from the US or Canada. If you are traveling from a different country, the instructions will advise you of the proper procedure.
