US Airways Pet Policy

US Airways requires that your pet be accompanied by a certificate of good health, and that your pet is transported in an approved pet carrier. As of March 1, 2012, pets are no longer allowed to travel as checked baggage or cargo on US Aireays. 

Your veterinarian will be certifying that your pet is healthy enough to travel and is free of diseases communicable to humans. US Airways also requires that you provide copies of the veterinary certificates and other documents required by the country to which you are traveling.

• Instructions, in cabin and cargo regulations, and other information for transporting your pet on US Airways
• Airline Veterinary Certificate and instructions
• Pet Passport Folder - included with First Class Mail Delivery Options above
• Unlimited Email Support

All instructions and US Airways pet policies are verified at the time of order.

Additional forms can be self printed from the Email Attachment option. If ordering additional forms with First Class Mail Delivery Option, forms will receive a 30% discount.
